I just read an article called “Interviewing 2.0- the future of hiring?” The article mentions interviewing a potential teacher candidate on Skype followed by questioning some of the teacher’s students as well. Interesting idea! Seems that would be easier than flying someone across the country.

Wow…very interesting implications…and certainly a speedy way to weed out the non-technologically savvy candidates! Certainly, this opens yet another arena of skills students will need in order to be competitive in the market places of the future…
