		<description>You&#039;re not a bad blogger!  It is intimidating to try and take on the breadth of available ideas and then to add one&#039;s voice to the mix. Librarians are definitely facing an immense amount of change as the traditional forms of research and accessing information give way to much more complex, interwoven technologies.  It&#039;s a lot to absorb!</description>
